To update your account information, simply log into your account and click on the My Account tab to change/edit any details.
The only detail that can't be changed by you is your e-mail address as this was used to create your account originally. If you would like to update your e-mail, please send our friendly customer support team an email at [email protected]
Your account login is your e-mail address.
We recommend checking your junk e-mail. If you’re still having problems receiving the password, send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll happily help you out.
If you’re having trouble signing in with your email address or password, please check you’re using the same email address and password you used when you first created your account.
If you can’t remember your password, please click the “Forgot your password?” link. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to change your password.
You can unsubscribe directly from our emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
