Our Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your new Havaianas!

If, for any reason you're not happy with your online order or have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item has not been worn
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with tags attached
  • A clearly marked note on the packaging confirming whether you'd like to receive a refund or exchange
  • A printed copy of the order invoice is supplied with written details of the reason for your return/exchange
  • The item is not a "Make Your Own" product

Don't forget, return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have purchased your havaianas from one of our Authorised Retailers in Australia, please return to the place of purchase with your original receipt so that an exchange or refund can be organised. Keep in mind that each store will have their own return policies, and these may differ from policy!
