Unfortunately, we're unable to make changes to your order once you've placed it. This includes changing size or style, delivery address or payment method.
Oops, on the odd occasion a mix up may occur.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please send details together with a photo to our Customer Service team at [email protected].
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking details. The email will be sent to the email address you used to place the order.
Upon receiving the tracking email, you can track your delivery by visiting the Australia Post website and entering the tracking number into the query field located at the top of the page.
We want you to be 100% happy with your havaianas order. Firstly, please check if the items were sent separately. If this is the case, you would have received a separate email from our customer service team to confirm this. If an item is still missing, please send us an email at [email protected]
