Spend $55 or more? We’ll ship your Havi’s for FREE! Spend under $55? We’ll ship your Havi’s for flat fee of $10.

Your order will be shipped by Australia Post.

Tracking will be provided for all orders, so you can see where your new Havi’s are at all times.

If you live in any Metro Area across Australia, you can expect to receive your Havi’s in the below delivery time frames when you place your order before 10am Monday – Friday.

For all Regional Areas, delivery times will be dependent on your Postcode and we suggest that you contact your local Post Office.

Orders placed on the weekend will usually be processed within the next business day.

Please note, when an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.

At this stage, we do not offer express shipping for havaianas online orders, we send all our orders using standard delivery via Australia Post. We recommend you check the time frames for delivery for the state you are in before your place your order online.

If you have received a Shipping Confirmation email, but have not received your order within the delivery time-frame, please visit Australia Post here and quote your tracking number.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia. Havaianas is distributed worldwide and each county has their own authorised distributor. If you'd like to find the distributor in your country, please contact our friendly customer support team at [email protected] and we'll be able to point you in the right direction.  

Yes, we can deliver to any PO Box in Australia.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. This includes changing size or style, delivery address or payment method.

Oh no! Please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will lodge an investigation with the courier for you. This may take 4-5 business days to be completed from when you contact us.
