However, if the item you are after is sold out online, please visit or contact your local store to see if the item is still available there. You can find your nearest store by visiting the store locator. We can also notify you if the item comes back into stock in your selected size. Be sure to enter your email address on the product page to be notified.

Havaianas gift cards are redeemable online only and are valid for three years from the date of issue. Gift cards are only redeemable for items sold on the havaianas website. Please note, havaianas gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Yes you can! You can either send it directly their email address (by entering their details at checkout) or you can print the card and gift it to your loved one.

Creating a Wishlist is an easy way to keep tabs on items you’re interested in. You can add items to your Wishlist from the product page, or from within your shopping bag. When you find something you like click the “Add to Wishlist” button and we will keep it in your Wishlist until you are ready to checkout. The item will stay in your Wishlist until it’s sold out or you remove it. You can edit your Wishlist once logged in to your account.

Illegal customisation does not offer quality control and represents a risk for consumers. Havaianas Australia does not support any kind of customisation made without the approval and prior consent of Alpargatas.

From time to time we will make special styles available to order before they are released.
Styles that are available for pre-order are identified by a pre-order flag alongside the product image. To order these items simply add to your cart and proceed to checkout as you would for regular items. You will be charged the full amount at the checkout and your items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. Delivery dates will be detailed on the product's page.
Note that as we do not split shipments, single orders cannot include both in-stock and pre-order items and multiple pre-order items if they have different delivery dates.
Favourite style out of stock? Unfortunately, we don’t take backorders, but we can let you know when a sold-out item comes back into stock.
